Established hotel group is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and his Deputy in executing the organization's strategic plans and policies. This role is crucial in overseeing daily operations, providing leadership to various departments, and ensuring the effective management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develops and implements the organization's strategic plan, aligning with the CEO's vision and goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversees the overall operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Leadership: Leads and manages a team of senior executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Change Management: Drives organizational change, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Metrics: Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement and Implementation: Continuously evaluates and improves operational processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Ensures effective communication across the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Crisis Management: Develops and implements crisis management plans, ensuring business continuity and minimizing reputational damage.
  • Building Partnerships: Develops and maintains strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances.
