This role is crucial in overseeing daily operations, providing leadership to various departments, and ensuring the effective management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements the organization's strategic plan, aligning with the CEO's vision and goals.
• Operational Management: Oversees the overall operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Leadership: Leads and manages a team of senior executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Change Management: Drives organizational change, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Proven experience managing hotel operations in Singapore or comparable international markets.
