Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and intellectually curious Chief of Staff to act as the Founder's right hand. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping high-level strategy and directly building new internal ventures from conception to execution. How You'll Make an Impact
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Actively participate in executive discussions, contributing to overall company strategy, investment theses, and the identification of groundbreaking new internal ventures.
- Incubate and Scale New Ventures (0-1): Take full ownership as an operator for new internal projects, overseeing their strategy, development, and execution from the initial idea phase through launch.
- Provide Essential Operational Leadership: Manage diverse operational and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of an agile, early-stage organization and supporting its rapid growth.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Minimum/Core Requirements
- Demonstrated high intelligence, exceptional drive, ambition, and a strong sense of ownership, coupled with a proactive willingness to learn and adapt rapidly.
- Proven ability to contribute meaningfully to high-level strategic discussions and to independently own and execute projects, particularly showing strong potential or direct experience in a "0-1" venture-building context.
- Comfort and willingness to engage hands-on with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks within an early-stage, small team environment.
- Proficiency in English and conversational Mandarin is required to effectively engage with our diverse partners and content initiatives in both Western and Chinese-speaking markets.
- Deep intellectual curiosity or prior experience in longevity science, deep technology (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, gene therapy, biotech), or venture capital.
Preferred/Bonus Requirements
- Prior experience in a role with broad strategic and operational scope (e.g., Chief of Staff, Venture Builder, Product Lead for 0-1 initiatives, or Management Consultant).
- A track record of successfully operating or building new ventures from inception (0-1).
- Experience working in an early-stage company or small, fast-paced team, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to "wear multiple hats."
- Strong academic background from a reputable university.
