Qualifications

• At least 8 – 10 years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy to support business objectives.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead and oversee deal transactions and strategic partnerships.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and the drafting of agreements.
• Oversee the legal framework for token offerings and listings.
• Develop strategies for effective crisis management.
• Represent the company in advocacy and interactions with regulators.
• Mentor and lead a paralegal professional.
