Job summary

A multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking an experienced financial leader to monitor financial performance and drive strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, possess over 8 years of relevant management experience, and be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities include oversight of financial reporting, budgeting processes, and risk management. Familiarity with the Oracle System is essential for this role.

Description:

• Monitor and drive financial performance towards targets and maintain healthy cashflow
• Oversight in reporting, risk and control, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, operations, corporate finance and project financing activities.
• Oversight of governance, regulatory compliance and matters relating to enterprise risk management.
• Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit process.
• Liaise with HQ and reginal subsidiaries on accounting issues, which requires knowledge of accounting code of PRC and regional countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia etc.
• Provide in-depth financial data analysis to support decision making and strategy development;

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance/Banking or Economics
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, mostly in management position within a dynamic MNC environment
• Familiar With Oracle System;
• Positive mindset and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin to Liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, forward-looking and successful team management track record
