What You Will Do:
  • Work closely with CEO and management team

  • Responsible for developing and implementing global strategies aligned with company’s goals and objectives across global network of offices

  • Effectively manage and grow the organization P&L to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Drive innovation business models, partnerships, and product opportunities to enhance market positioning

  • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure strategic goals are met

  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with regional laboratories and teams

  • Build strategic partnerships and manage key stakeholders

  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For:
  • Degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA a plus)

  • Willing to relocate or be based in Hong Kong and able to travel internationally as required.

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience with a track record of driving global initiatives and alignments

  • Experience in global strategy development and commercial management; experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem‑solving skills.

  • High level of ownership with the ability to excel in fast‑paced, unstructured environments.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
