Working Location and Salary

Working Location: West, Singapore
Working Hours: 5-day work week (7am to 5pm)
Monthly Salary: Up to S$5K (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities
  • Expert in the preparation and execution of diverse Korean dishes.
  • Plans the monthly menu and works with Marketing on prints.
  • Cook and guide the kitchen team to cook according to the correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used and dishes served.
  • Ensure that the kitchen area is always kept clean and dry.
  • Maintain supplies to ensure adequate but not over-order, and no wastage.
  • Checking of goods receivable from suppliers.
  • Practice good food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Inspects and checks operating equipment to ensure good working conditionsli>
  • Interact with clients and gather feedback.
  • Check clients’ satisfaction and provide immediate updates to the Operations Manager and team.
