Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food for guests according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
