Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a motivated professional to drive partner growth in IT channel management. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new partners, managing portfolios to meet revenue targets, and promoting solutions effectively. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has over 2 years of experience in IT channel management, preferably in cybersecurity. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Drive partner growth in Singapore by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Manage partner portfolios to achieve revenue targets, ensuring profitable growth and consistent sales performance.
  • Promote the company’s product portfolio, creating awareness and positioning solutions effectively with partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within clients’ subsidiaries or related business units, increasing market penetration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT channel or account management, preferably within cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets; distributor experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.
