Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead NEW FREIGHT into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s global strategy, strengthening its presence in Southeast Asia and South Asia, and building a world-class international logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia, India, and Indonesia

• Lead global business expansion, partnerships, and market entry strategies

• Oversee all company operations including logistics, sales, finance, compliance, and human resources

• Build and lead a high-performing international management team

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, carriers, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and logistics standards

• Represent the company to investors, partners, and external stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Executive in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management

• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian, Indian, and Indonesian logistics markets

• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and managing cross-border operations

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
