Job summary

A leading childcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with standards. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with parents, manage program developments, and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining the budget. Candidates must possess a diploma and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Student Care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also desired, and the ability to start immediately is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma required.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in Student Care is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Oversee daily operations of the centre(s).

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily operations of the centre(s) and smooth running and efficiency
  • Ensure centre meets MSF standards, policies and procedures and followed accordingly
  • Communicate with parents on any student matters, ensure student safety and well-being at all times
  • Work with internal departments to develop programmes and activities for the children and oversee the implementation
  • Identify staff to manage and deliver the program, and monitor the results
  • Coordinate with schools, family services, and professionals to support students who need help with behaviour or studies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support staff development and provide guidance to improve performance
  • Manage the overall budget and running cost of the centre
  • Support the Head in growing both school and community based centre whenever required
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Min Diploma
  • Min 3 years experience of related work experience
  • Experience in Student Care is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (10am - 7pm)
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Salary: up to $4500
  • Able to start work immediate or on short notice
