Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of our student care centre. The role involves managing programmes, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Leadership
  • Manage daily centre operations, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, safety procedures, and compliance with regulations.

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the centre during all operational hours.

Programme Planning & Delivery
  • Oversee the implementation of student care programmes such as homework supervision, enrichment activities, digital literacy sessions, well‑being activities, and holiday programmes.

  • Maintain high-quality, age‑appropriate learning experiences for children.

Staff Supervision & Development
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor centre staff to uphold professional and operational standards.

  • Provide guidance, training and performance support to ensure consistent quality.

Student & Parent Management
  • Monitor student enrolment, attendance and behavioural records.

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns and centre updates.

  • Foster strong relationships with families and stakeholders.

Policy, Procedures & Improvement
  • Implement, maintain and improve centre policies, procedures and operational workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing programme quality and operational efficiency.

Working Hours (Based on Centre Manager Schedule)
  • 2 day off weekday

  • Sat and Sund are required to work

Requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

  • Experience in teaching, student care or centre management preferred.

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred.

  • Passion for working with children and creating a safe, supportive and positive learning environment.

  • Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
