Job summary

A leading community service organization is looking for a Centre Head to oversee the Active Ageing Centre's daily operations. The successful candidate will manage staff, engage with community stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations while promoting an inclusive environment for seniors. An ideal fit would have 3-5 years of operational experience in eldercare settings and a degree in Social Work or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in operational roles, especially in AAC context.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Candidates with proven experience as a Senior Executive overseeing AAC or eldercare programmes will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre, ensuring compliance and budget adherence.
• Build and maintain relationships with seniors, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Champion a learning culture within the team and manage staff recruitment and development.
