Job description
Position: Senior/ Centre Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the centre
  • Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers' queries and needs
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
  • Reporting of student enrolment, assessments and withdrawal to HQ
  • Ensure student management system is updated on a timely basis for all student movements
  • Assist customers on payment related matters and actively monitor/ chase for outstanding payments
  • Manage the petty cash float kept in the centre
  • Safeguard the safety and welfare of our students
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the centre is well maintained and meets the safe management requirements for Covid-19
  • Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the centre
  • Any other ad hoc duties
Experience and qualifications:
