Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing central kitchen operations.

• Familiar with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control production processes to maintain output and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement safety rules and standards for workplace safety.
• Train, supervise, and manage central kitchen staff effectively.
• Handle non-compliance issues professionally and timely.
• Carry out other duties or projects assigned by the Director.
