We are looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Executive to join our team. You will be instrumental in expanding our clientele, maintaining exceptional service standards, and supporting key branding initiatives. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels.
  • Respond promptly to telephone and online catering enquiries.
  • Assist clients in menu selection and preparation of event proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.
  • Actively brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for improving catering services and client experiences.
  • Be accountable for the sales and profitability of event orders and ensure the smooth execution of all catering services.
  • Coordinate effectively with the internal food production and logistics teams to guarantee smooth delivery and operation of catering events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of sales or business development experience in the Catering industry.
  • Demonstrable passion for customer service and sales activities.
  • Outgoing personality and highly motivated to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to work in the North region.
