This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders
- Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery
- Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle
- Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places
- Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
- Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.
- Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle
- Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
- Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
