Job summary

A catering company in Singapore seeks a Delivery Coordinator who will be responsible for the execution of food and beverage catered events. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience, excellent customer service skills, and possess a valid Class 3 driving license. The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders.
• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery.
• Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle.
• Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places.
• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement.
• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery.

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders
• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery
• Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle
• Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places
• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.
• Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle
• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
