Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in interior design, carpentry, or renovation industry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry fabrication, materials, measurements, and installation processes.
• Ability to read drawings, floor plans, and understand basic site conditions.
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of costings, margins, and quotation preparation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or walk-ins.
• Conduct on-site measurements and client consultations.
• Prepare detailed carpentry quotations and ensure accuracy.
• Handover approved carpentry orders to the project manager/ops team.
• Promote company carpentry services and identify upselling opportunities.
