An educational institution in Singapore is looking for a Career & Alumni Services Officer to enhance student employability and connect with industry companies. The successful candidate will establish networks, organize career events, oversee internship processes, and maintain alumni relationships. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A keen interest in ICT trends is a plus.
Career & Alumni Services department is the primary point of contact between the Industry and the school. The department also serves to enhance students’ employability, making a difference to our students and alumni’s lives.
The Officer can expect to work closely with company representatives across various industries, as well as internal departments and faculty. There will also be frequent meetings with external companies and alumni.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Career & Alumni Services.
