What You’ll Do

As a Care Staff member, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Centre, ensuring our seniors receive the highest quality care in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Your role goes beyond routine—it’s about building trust, creating joy, and being a steady presence in someone’s golden years.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Conducting daily health and wellness checks, spotting changes in mood or cognition
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and transfers with dignity and care
  • Leading engaging activities tailored to seniors’ abilities, including dementia-friendly programs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment with strict infection control practices
  • Documenting observations and updating care plans to ensure personalised support
  • Administering first aid/CPR during emergencies (if certified)
  • Guiding junior staff and volunteers in care techniques and dementia management
  • Attending training to stay current with MOH standards and best practices
Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Secondary School certification
  • Proficient in English and ideally a second language or local dialect
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about elder care
  • Prior caregiving experience (hospital, nursing home, or family care) is a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
