• Indoor Sales - Closing sales and sourcing potential new leads.
• Ensure individual sales targets are met.
• Attend to counter and outlet duties.
• Perform whole vehicle rental process from attending to inquiries, preparation of quotation and Rental Agreement, to book and check in/ out cars in accordance with the sales workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service and quality after sales service.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to achieve high customer retention rate
• Manage and follow up on customer’s ageing account.
• Be kept abreast of market changes, competitor pricing and promotions.
