· Ambassador for the restaurant in projecting the right brand/vibe

· Taking food & beverage orders from guests

· Serving food & beverage to tables, paying extreme attention to detail

· Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner

· Assessing customer preferences and making food & beverage recommendations

· Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience

· Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks

· Complying with all food and beverage regulations

· Maintaining high attention to sections and tables

· Assisting with turning tables during service, getting ready for the next seating

· Breaking down and resetting of the venue after service, ready for the next service period

· Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for all dietary requirements

· Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for available menu selection
