Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install and configure Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and financial applications.
• Support trading floor users for low-latency applications.
• Manage user accounts and perform routine maintenance.
