Essential Responsibilities
- Digitize and map capacity across the Big 5 factories (equipment, floor space, headcount) to optimize planning, efficiency, inventory and cost.
- Build a detailed network-wide view of assets and critical constraints (equipment, lines, people, floorspace, warehousing) and identify bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate, integrated, live capacity data to support decision-making.
- Run cross-BU supply chain capacity plans, including DFV, RCCP, what-if modeling, CSP issue resolution and category-level improvement.
- Lead analysis of factory capacity and footprint utilization; ensure healthy inventory KPIs and effective warehouse usage.
- Create capacity plans that meet business targets, support product launches, and improve manufacturing flexibility through equipment standardization and optimized factory layout.
- Use Industry 4.0 tools to improve planning accuracy and anticipate customer demand.
- Forecast capacity needs, estimate labor/material/resource requirements, and assess NPI capacity throughout product lifecycle including phase-out.
- Monitor and adjust plans based on variances, trends, and unforeseen constraints; maintain actual vs forecast visibility.
- Lead CAOD Capex planning to define future capacity requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and best-practice adoption in capacity planning and manufacturing processes.
- Implement and train BUs on CSP tools and act as primary CSP support.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: gather inputs, communicate plans, escalate risks, support change requests, and maintain digital capacity performance reports.

Experience
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills indynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a capacity planning role, preferably within the semiconductor/ high-technology or manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Good understanding of the semiconductor industry with a good knowledge of production/ manufacturing processes and lead times.
- Experience or knowledge of statistics, forecasting and management information methods and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) holder
- Traveling: 1-2x per quarter
- Have engineering background + factory background
- Experience in using SAP IBP, SAP Hana, SAP ECC or any relevant technologies that support efficient and productive ways of working.
- Prior experience of building capacity/forecasting models and plans and undertaking complex analysis to create accurate information.
- MUST be from semi-conductor industry
