Qualifications

• Sales experience in industries like beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is desirable.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Tree Art campus.
• Engage customers and foster student progress.
• Support management in sales strategy execution.
• Serve as customer’s main point of contact.
• Plan, communicate to customers on various programme events.
• Serve as main point of contact and manage communication platforms.
• Responsible for customer inquiries, student enrollment.
• Coordinate class schedules and arrange for replacement teachers.
• Monitor student attendance and arrange for makeup lessons.
• Maintain student records and track withdrawals.
