Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, HR, or events management.
Supported the Program Management Lead in delivering end-to-end Early Careers initiatives, including onboarding, development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
Coordinated logistics for program events such as networking sessions, workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
Managed program communications, maintained records, tracked attendance, gathered feedback, and prepared reports on key metrics for leadership.
Collaborated with recruiters, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and participant needs.
Contributed to employer branding and engagement through social media, campus activities, and internal communications, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and participant experience.
