Location: West

(Islandwide pick-up available) Salary: Up to $3,000/month Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Duration: 6-Month Renewable Contract (Convertible to Permanent!)

Working Hours: 5 Days (Rotating Shifts including nights, weekends & PHs)

Job Scope

• Handle customer calls, emails, and order processing with accuracy and professionalism
• Manage sales orders, client enquiries, and complaints promptly
• Ensure all data is correctly documented in the system
• Liaise closely with the operations team for issue resolution and order follow-up
• Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to the team lead
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and maintain updated information on products and pricing

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma
• Some experience in Call Centre/Customer Service would be good
