We’re opening a new café at Bugis MRT with a focus on well-being, mindful nourishment and human connection.
We’re seeking aCafe all-rounder Service Staffwho loves coffee craft, feels at home in light food prep, experimental in drinks creation and is excited to grow a new concept together.

What you’ll do

• Be part of the founding team to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare café menu items (smoothies, juices, sandwiches, light bowls) with attention to hygiene
• Mentor part-time staff and support the Café Manager in training
• Manage daily prep for both coffee and food stations
• Engage warmly with customers, reflecting our culture of connection
• Support events and workshops where drinks and food play a part

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years’ experience as a barista in speciality coffee or café kitchens
• Comfortable with basic kitchen work (light meals, smoothies)
• Strong sense of hospitality and teamwork
• Open to both coffee craft and new well-being beverage concepts
• SFA Food Safety Level 1 Certificate
