We are looking for F&B Assistant Ops Executive to assist in leading and organising the daily operations of our cafes and restaurants and motivate our team to provide positive vibes and excellent customer service.

Job Overview

As a Café Assistant Operations Executive you are to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient processes, smooth operational performance and nurture positive vibe and friendly relationship with customers to increase loyalty and following.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

  • Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the cafe.
  • Ensure food and service standards are consistently met.

2. Customer Service

  • Responsible for maintaining the correct vibes in the cafe. (Customer greetings/acknowledgement, sounds/music, smells/fragrances, speed/movement)
  • Handle complaints or issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and hospitable dining environment.

3. Inventory & Supplies

  • Check stock levels and request supplies when needed.
  • Prevent shortages and control wastage.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment.

4. Cash & Sales Handling

  • Supervise cashiering and daily sales reporting.
  • Reconcile cash and ensure accurate records.
  • Support promotions and upselling activities.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Report daily operations, issues, and performance to management.
  • Assist with planning promotions, events, or special menus.
  • Implement company policies and operational procedures.
