Work Environment & Schedule
  • Operational Conditions: This role involves working within a food manufacturing facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in high-humidity environments and around industrial cooking equipment (e.g., steam boilers and large-scale cookers).

  • Shift & Hours: To support our 24/7 catering operations, this position requires the ability to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays. Longer working hours may be required during peak festive seasons or facility upgrading projects.

  • Safety First: We adhere strictly to MOM Heat Stress Management guidelines, providing regular hydration breaks and ventilated rest areas to ensure the well-being of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • CAD Management: Design and maintain kitchen floor plans and production line layouts using AutoCAD, specifically optimizing for Bangladeshi large-scale catering workflows.

  • Procurement: Source and purchase industrial kitchen equipment, raw spices, and specialized materials. Negotiate with vendors and manage the supply chain to meet production deadlines.

  • Compliance: Ensure all facility designs meet SFA and WSH safety standards.
