Job Responsibilities
1. Compensation Strategy & Framework
- Develop a comprehensive global compensation strategy that includes both fixed pay structures and variable incentive programs.
- Create internal salary ranges and job grading frameworks that reflect market trends while maintaining appropriate levels of consistency and flexibility.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company’s compensation offerings remain competitive.
2. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems suitable for global and distributed teams (e.g., OKRs, project-based evaluations, 360‑degree feedback).
- Collaborate with business leaders to support effective goal setting, continuous performance coaching, and transparent review processes.
- Develop performance‑linked incentive mechanisms that strengthen alignment between individual contributions and organizational outcomes.
3. Incentive Programs & Innovation
- Create a variety of incentive programs that support company growth and address evolving workforce needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and refine reward structures to improve business performance and employee motivation.
4. Project Management & Data Analytics
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit adjustments, and incentive payouts.
- Build and maintain C& B analytics dashboards to deliver data‑driven insights for talent and business decision‑making.
- Oversee HR systems and tools to ensure accurate, transparent, and efficient data management.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with background in Big Tech Firms or multinational companies.
- Experience in designing and implementing C & B frameworks and incentive programs.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of conducting benchmarking, cost modeling, and incentive ROI evaluation.
- Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Highly accountable, self‑driven.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- This role requires candidate to be able to converse in Mandarin as you will need to liaise with the Chinese counterparts.
