A technology company in Singapore is seeking a Business Support and Office Administration professional. This role involves coordinating client meetings, managing daily office operations, and supporting Malaysia projects. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Business Administration, at least 3 years of experience, and is proficient in both English and Chinese. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Assist management in coordinating client meetings, business entertainment, and hospitality arrangements.
Support the organisation of company events, internal team activities.
Provide support and coordination for Malaysia projects, including travel to Malaysia as required.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners for business needs.
Prepare business documentation, presentations, and reports as required.
Provide ad hoc support to management and other departments for operational projects.
Oversee and manage daily office operations, including office supplies, facilities, and general office coordination.
Maintain and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows.
Provide basic IT support, such as onboarding setup, software installation, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Maintain filing systems, administrative records, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, business support, or executive support roles (start-up experience is a plus).
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
Adaptable, positive thinker with a can-do attitude.
Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in office software/tools.
Excellent command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills, positive working attitude, and high professionalism.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Possessing a valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
