Responsibilities
- Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders
- Negotiate with vendors, handle client enquiries, resolve disputes and follow through with payment and invoicing processes
- Arrange and coordinate product deliveries
- Work closely with sales/product colleagues to execute processes to improve operational efficiency
- Provide stellar administrative support to the assigned corporate department/function
