Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and addressing their evolving needs.
  • Generate new business prospects and enhance the current client portfolio through targeted strategies.
  • Execute tactics to align with and surpass annual revenue and sales goals.
  • Create customized sales materials, presentations, and proposals that cater to client requirements.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with clients to ensure superior satisfaction levels.
  • Address client inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes) with prompt and effective communication.
  • Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, and collaboration with operational teams, ensuring smooth project implementations.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient process management.
  • Manage accounts receivable follow‑up to secure timely client payments, contributing to a healthy cash flow.
  • Maintain clear communication and ensure timely follow‑ups throughout all interactions.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
