A global financial services company based in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive future growth. In this role, you will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and build a strong sales pipeline by working closely with the Account Executive team. We value candidates with a strong sales performance track record, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude. This position is integral to our success in managing early-stage sales activities and contributing to our demand generation efforts.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Nium, you will help drive Nium’s future growth engine by working closely with the Account Executive (AE) team to qualify leads and collaboratively build a strong sales pipeline. You enjoy engaging with prospects to understand their needs, identifying high-value opportunities, and managing early-stage sales funnel activities.
You are curious and eager to learn about new and existing products, and you take pride in being a builder—actively contributing to the development of demand generation and sales processes, articulating Nium’s value proposition, and creating key sales tools and assets.

In this role, you will spend significant time understanding new clients, acquiring and qualifying new leads, analyzing key clients’ businesses and performance, and collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to apply best practices and deliver consistently high-quality sales execution.
