  • Working Days and Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit Estimated P&L for the outlets
  • Create Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) to optimize staff utilization and identify salary discrepancies.
  • Prepare analysis reports for the CF Department.
  • Reassess CF sales targets monthly and adjust based on outlet needs and potential.
  • Track daily sales and collaborate with department heads to achieve targets.
Recruitment & HR
  • Conduct interviews for outlet staff.
  • Redeploy or adjust manpower hours to improve sales.
  • Create duty rosters when needed.
  • Step in as Admin Coordinator (AC) during their absence.
Operational Support
  • Resolve outlet issues (e.g., maintenance, IT, hygiene).
  • Ensure outlet staff follow SOPs; review and update SOPs as required.
  • Collaborate on recipe costing with department heads or outlet cooks.
  • Help redeploy manpower in emergencies.
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain TMS and SAP systems.
  • Submit applications for delivery platforms.
  • Calculate and submit Monthly Roving Costs to Accounts.
Compliance & Coordination
  • Work with teams to address HQ-raised operational issues.
  • Ensure hygiene standards and operational efficiency at outlets.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business related.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to travel and work at different outlets.
