Role Requirements

Working closely with the Senior Account Manager(s) to achieve growth with turn key partners of their Key Accounts.

Drive new opportunities within and outside of the oil & gas market, new countries (as allocated by the Regional Director) by developing and diversifying our business

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for exploring new opportunities, whilst ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with existing customers, to ensure that their needs are being met
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
  • Collaboration with multiple parties in and outside the Company to build an effective business strategy
  • Develop and deliver growth strategies to increase the company’s revenue streams and increase industry awareness in our products, services & solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, customer drivers, competitors’ developments in relation to commercial activities and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Perform market research and plan effectively for new business opportunities
  • Growing target markets such as Industrial, Aerospace Construction and many more
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.
  • Forecast and develop business plans that build account revenue.
  • Forecast stock requirements whilst ensuring target levels are maintained
  • Identify new supply chain partners (Mills, outworkers)
