Role Requirements
Working closely with the Senior Account Manager(s) to achieve growth with turn key partners of their Key Accounts.
Drive new opportunities within and outside of the oil & gas market, new countries (as allocated by the Regional Director) by developing and diversifying our business
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for exploring new opportunities, whilst ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with existing customers, to ensure that their needs are being met
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
- Collaboration with multiple parties in and outside the Company to build an effective business strategy
- Develop and deliver growth strategies to increase the company’s revenue streams and increase industry awareness in our products, services & solutions
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, customer drivers, competitors’ developments in relation to commercial activities and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Perform market research and plan effectively for new business opportunities
- Growing target markets such as Industrial, Aerospace Construction and many more
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.
- Forecast and develop business plans that build account revenue.
- Forecast stock requirements whilst ensuring target levels are maintained
- Identify new supply chain partners (Mills, outworkers)

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Sales and an understanding of Operations
- Good, clear management capabilities
- Strong manufacturing background
- Understanding of managing Inventory
- Excellent Interpersonal and management skills
- Ability to travel when required
