Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive business growth in the contract logistics sector. The successful candidate will build and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance revenue. Ideal applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in sales within the 3PL logistics industry. Competitive salary up to $8000 with allowances and bonuses included.

Job Scope
  • To identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics (warehousing) business opportunities.
  • Responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships across the assigned region.
  • To build strong partnerships to enhance revenue and market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Sourcing for only 3PL FMCG, retail, high-tech business.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
Requirement
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in sales role from 3PL logistics with regional exposure
