Overview

Brief Summary: Basic up $6000; Mon to Fri: 9:00am - 6:30pm; Location: Jurong East; Permanent Role + AWS + VB.

Responsibilities

• Account Management (70%) Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Handle RFQs, inquiries, and provide timely, accurate communication. Oversee account performance, project implementation, and SOP compliance. Manage receivables follow-up to ensure timely payments.
• New Business Development (30%) Prospect and secure new clients to expand the customer base. Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients. Support strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years’ sales experience, with a strong track record in account management and business development.
