The Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a Business Development Manager for a leading international logistics and freight forwarding organisation. The role focuses on driving Contract Logistics business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue expansion.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: Central
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: up to $10,000 + AWS + VB + Transportation allowance

The Job

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Generate new revenue streams and expand the customer base.
• Provide recommendations to support new business ventures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Support senior regional leaders with insights for performance and budgeting.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve business goals within assigned industry verticals.

The Talent

• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the supply chain industry/3PL
