Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and daily operations of academic programs (IB & WIDA).
  • Develop and manage study abroad service lines (school/university applications).

  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Liaise with families and students to understand and support their educational goals.
  • Assist in content development and training materials.

About Us

United Language Centre (ULC) is a well-established education centre in Singapore with over 13 years of experience supporting students in their English language learning and international academic development. We are now expanding our scope of services to include study abroad consulting, international school support, and curriculum-based programs such as IB and WIDA.

We are seeking a proactive and committed Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager to support operational leadership and develop new service lines. This role blends educational planning, client services, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the setup and daily operations of academic programs (IB & WIDA), including class scheduling, teacher coordination, and client communication
  • Develop and manage study abroad service lines (school/university applications, concierge support, transfers)
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company goals
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), client service flow, and reporting systems
  • Liaise with families and students to understand and support their educational goals
  • Assist in content development and training materials to support academic and planning service
