  • Coordinate meeting scheduling, follow‑up, and proposal refinement.
  • Support the RSVP Managing Director in closing meetings and negotiations.
Sponsorship & Partnership Development for BTB
  • Identify potential sponsors for BTB Breakfast Briefings, BTB Circles, retreats and leadership events.

  • Secure meetings and manage follow‑ups consistently.
  • Support reporting, fulfilment, and relationship maintenance post‑event.
Strategic Alignment & Cross‑Venture Synergy
  • Support the VP of BD in preparing materials for high‑level partnership conversations (no daily BD).
  • Provide business insights to improve service offerings and positioning.
  • Coordinate with RSVP and BTB content teams to align messaging.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Prepare monthly BD performance reports: leads, meetings, proposals, conversions.
  • Track revenue targets and ensure transparency across both companies.

  • Exposure to high‑end luxury clients, C‑suite audiences, and media‑driven experiences.
  • A collaborative, creative team that works across publishing, PR, leadership and brand storytelling.
  • A chance to shape meaningful, high‑impact experiences in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
