About the Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager based in our Singapore office, you'll be at the forefront of our bold mission to bring major multinational brands into the FCM family. You’ll help them discover smarter, simpler ways to manage travel with FCM with our winning solutions.

We are looking for an ambitious top seller, a relationship builder and strategic thinker ready to make a real impact in a highly visible role. With Bid Management & Marketing support, a powerful tech platform and a customer obsessed team behind you, you'll own the end-to-end sales journey and be positioned for success.

What You Will Do

• Smash your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Build and execute strategic sales plans to land major national market clients
• Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Address client concerns and objections to facilitatethe sales process
• Stay updated on product knowledge to articulate thevalue proposition to clients.
• Provide accurate information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Communicate product or service features and benefits effectively.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Close sales deals efficiently and achieve set targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques.
• Utilising Salesforce to drive insights to improve performance
• Report and forecast accurately, and stay close to market trends and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3 years and above of proven success in B2B sales or business development
• A relationship builder who connects authentically with all levels - C-suite executives, procurement teams and travel managers
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and sharp financial acumen
• Experienced in presentations & product demonstrations in a confident & engaging manner
• Salesforce-savvy and solid Microsoft Office skills
• Self motivated, curious, and hungry to grow and develop your own skills
• Travel industry experience? Great! (But if not, no worries — we can teach that!)
