We have a newly created and highly strategic role with a global luxury lifestyle brand.


This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, solutions-oriented professional to join as a Business Development Manager, supporting a wide range of high-profile projects and partnerships.


About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the GM and serve as the GM's trusted “right hand.” The brand currently has a strong pipeline of leads and numerous ongoing collaborations, and we are seeking someone proactive, confident, and highly organized to support client engagement and business growth.


You will play a central role in managing relationships, supporting commercial opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional projects with key external partners such as hotels, interior design firms, and major event/showcase organizers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the GM across all business development initiatives and partnerships

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with hotels, interior design firms, developers, and event/showcase partners

  • Coordinate ongoing projects and follow up on client requests, timelines, and deliverables

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and collaboration decks

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and partnerships

  • Maintain and track the business development pipeline, ensuring strong communication with clients


Key Requirements


  • Proven experience collaborating with hotels, interior design firms, or event/showcase organizers

  • Strong project coordination and client management abilities

  • Proactive, confident, and capable of working independently

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Familiarity with SketchUp is a plus

  • Passion for luxury, lifestyle, and design is preferred
