Job description

As our Business Development Lead, you’ll play a critical role in deepening relationships with our existing clients while identifying and converting new opportunities to grow our footprint in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow relationships with our existing client base across financial institutions, corporates, family offices, and ecosystem partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end client acquisition efforts
  • Represent GoImpact at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor sustainable finance and ESG solutions that address client needs
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings and partnerships
  • Maintain a strong understanding of sustainability trends, ESG frameworks, and client challenges in the region
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sustainability, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in business development, client success, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets in a consultative or solutions-based sales environment
  • Strong understanding of ESG, sustainable finance, or impact investing preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Based in Singapore with regional exposure (APAC) highly desirable
