As our Business Development Lead, you’ll play a critical role in deepening relationships with our existing clients while identifying and converting new opportunities to grow our footprint in the region.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow relationships with our existing client base across financial institutions, corporates, family offices, and ecosystem partners
- Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end client acquisition efforts
- Represent GoImpact at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor sustainable finance and ESG solutions that address client needs
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings and partnerships
- Maintain a strong understanding of sustainability trends, ESG frameworks, and client challenges in the region
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sustainability, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in business development, client success, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets in a consultative or solutions-based sales environment
- Strong understanding of ESG, sustainable finance, or impact investing preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Based in Singapore with regional exposure (APAC) highly desirable
