Role Overview

Drive growth of the Project Cargo Division across key industrial verticals (renewables, power & energy, rail & mobility, gigafactories, high & heavy equipment, yachting, etc.). Develop and manage strategic key accounts while identifying new business and market opportunities. Act as the voice of the customer, coordinating closely with sales, pricing, and project teams globally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and expand a portfolio of key project cargo customers
  • Identify new growth areas, markets, and emerging industry trends
  • Lead market penetration strategies per vertical and strategic account
  • Coordinate with global and regional sales teams; organize webinars, newsletters, and regular touchpoints
  • Prepare sales presentations, market studies, reports, and performance analyses
  • Manage annual sales budgets, customer performance reporting, and project proposals
  • Conduct client visits and represent the company at industry events, fairs, and conferences
  • Develop long‑term, trusted relationships with key customers
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project cargo business development and key account management
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced skills in Excel, reporting/BI tools, and MS Office
  • Structured, results‑driven, and able to work independently while collaborating globally
  • Strong understanding of the project cargo market and industrial environment
