We’re hiring multiple Business Development Executives to grow our insurance portfolio across both corporate and individual segments.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments
  • Conduct client needs analysis and tailor insurance solutions to support financial advisors
  • Pitch products and services with clarity, confidence, and relevance to individual client profiles
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach and engagement strategies
  • Serve as a trusted liaison, managing client relationships and addressing concerns proactively
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients during product launches and financial planning discussions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine business development strategies
Job Requirements
  • Local diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with MAS guidelines and Singapore’s insurance product landscape
  • Solid understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
