Founded in 2000 and operating as Hou Engineering Pte. Ltd. since 2020, we are a leading specialist in kitchen exhaust system solutions and maintenance services. We serve a wide range of hospitality clients—including home-grown food & beverage operators and renowned brands—providing services such as chemical degreasing, installation of exhaust filtration systems (EAC/UVC), fire suppression system maintenance, and general kitchen equipment upkeep. Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Lead Generation
    Analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and understand evolving needs in the F&B.
    Generate leads through networking, outbound outreach, industry events, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
    Build rapport and trust with prospective clients, understanding their unique requirements.
    Present Hou Engineering’s offerings compellingly, tailoring proposals to client-specific challenges like kitchen exhuast solutions, fire safety and ventilation maintenance.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation
    Develop detailed technical and financial proposals, including scope, pricing, and value-added benefits of Hou Engineering's services.
    Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Implementation
    Work closely with operations, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
    Contribute ideas on strategic expansions—e.g., targeting new F&B clusters or institutional accounts.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    Monitor and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
    Use insights to continuously refine outreach strategies and service offerings.
  • Brand Representation & Outreach
    Act as Hou Engineering’s ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional forums.
    Promote Hou Engineering’s reputation for quality, reliability, and responsive servic.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:
    Ideally, experienced in business development or sales—preferably within technical or facility services sectors.
    Experience in F&B, hospitality, or facility maintenance sectors is a plus.
  • Sales & Communication Skills:
