Job Title: Business Development Executive – Serviced Apartments
Reports To: Business Development Manager / Head of Sales
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for serviced apartments by identifying new corporate and individual clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the company’s property offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential corporate clients, relocation agencies, travel agents, and individual tenants.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored serviced apartment solutions.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Promote serviced apartment units to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and rental agreements for clients.
- Negotiate rental rates, packages, and terms to close deals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Research competitors, industry trends, and potential markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve sales strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and stay experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue reports.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in serviced apartments, hotels, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online booking platforms.
