About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team at Broadway F&B Management Pte Ltd, a leading food and beverage management company. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our diverse portfolio of F&B brands.

What you'll be doing
  1. Identifying and prospecting for new business leads through active networking, cold calling, and responding to RFPs
  2. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients in the F&B industry
  3. Developing effective solutions or recommendations to management and Reviews periodically, ie monthly, yearly sales/product mix, expenditure and profitability.
  4. Collaborating cross-functionally with our operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services
  5. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  6. Accurately tracking and reporting on sales metrics and pipeline progress. Budgeting, financial reporting, and analysing sales data to drive profitability.
What we\'re looking for
  1. At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the F&B industry
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch our services to senior-level decision-makers
  3. Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  4. Proficient in using SAP system, MS Office and Power Point
  5. A team player who is collaborative and eager to contribute to the company\'s growth
