Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Promote and ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints 24/7 everyday.
    Establish and maintain customer service standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize loss.
  4. Business Development: Exploring new market verticals for revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail business development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
